MedWatch is FDA's voluntary reporting system for use by health professionals, consumers and patients. Alerts are then generated to provide timely safety information on human drugs, medical devices, vaccines and other biologics, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.
Here are some designs I created to give the alerts a more branded look.
